Last week Peter identified a problem that he will try to solve with an invention. Today he’s moving on to Step 2 of the invention process: brainstorming a solution. He’ll think through a few ideas so that he can start designing as soon as possible.
It’s essential for all inventors to use an invention log or journal. This log helps you organize your thoughts and document your progress. We learn the most from our failed attempts, so it’s just as important to document what went wrong as it is to record what went right.
