All-Inclusive Workshop Series

Let us run the program while you enjoy the fun!

Our All-Inclusive Workshop Series brings the full Invent the Summer experience directly to your site in the Greater Hartford Area. Our trained staff leads up to eight hands-on STEM workshops that spark creativity, teach engineering concepts, and keep kids fully engaged. We handle the curriculum, supplies, staffing, and contest management. You provide the space and the students.

Workshops are designed for ages 5–12 and include up to 25 participants with the base package. If your space allows, we can expand a single session to accommodate up to 50 students for an additional cost. For even larger groups, we can schedule back-to-back workshops at your location.

Who It’s For

This program is a great fit for schools, libraries, community centers, summer camps, and youth organizations that want a turnkey STEM experience without needing in-house staff or preparation. Workshops are designed for children ages 5–12 and built to support groups with mixed ages and experience levels.

What You Get

    Up to eight two-hour workshops led by trained Invent the Summer instructors. The base package includes three workshop leaders for up to 25 students. Every aspect of the program can be customized, including group size, number of workshops, schedule, staffing, and format.

    Sample text you can use in grant applications to help secure funding and reduce program costs for families.

How It Works

Running the program is simple:

Choose your schedule and dates

Workshops can run weekly for eight weeks or be adapted to fit your timeline, including four to six week series or condensed multi-day formats. Once we align on structure, we lock in your dates and staff.

We’ll bring everything

Our staff arrives with all materials, supplies, and equipment for each session.

Enjoy the experience

Your students explore engineering concepts, build creative solutions, and can optionally participate in our online contests.
