Your Mission:
Design and build a creative watering system for a potted plant or seedling.
No hoses required. No fancy kits. Just your brain, some simple materials, and a little engineering magic.

🌱 The Problem
Plants need water to grow. But watering can be:
• Messy
• Easy to forget
• Too much or too little
• Hard when you’re away
Can you invent a system that helps plants get the water they need, when they need it?

Design a watering system that:
âś” Delivers water to the soil
âś” Works without you holding it
âś” Uses simple, everyday materials
âś” Helps control how much water the plant receives
Bonus: Make it reusable or adjustable!
How to Participate
Anyone can complete the challenge, but you must be 12 year old or younger to enter the contest.

You could create:
• A drip irrigation system
• A bottom-soak watering tray
• A gravity-powered water feeder
• A timed release system
• A Crazy Contraption that pours water in in the most complicated way possible
• A recycled bottle watering spike
• Something totally new that no one has ever seen before
There is no “right” answer, just awesome ideas. Remember: Things don’t always work the forst time, Engineers test, improve, and try again.
